fast and loose role-play
free and easy love, that's how it's s'posed to be!
want to thread with one of mine but aren't in the same game? want me to do something with one of yours in bakerstreet? can't find a good recent bakerstreet meme but want to thread anyway? want to explore au scenarios together? annoyed that i dropped that character you really wanted a thread with?
well drop me a comment here with whatever scenario (or link to a meme) you want, specify the character you want, and we can thread the merry day away!
any active or retired character from the muse list with two stars or more is fair game!
homeless characters are slightly different in that most of them don't have journals or icons set up, so you may have to give me a day or so to do that. and in some cases, a couple more days to canon review if i haven't in a while.

I'm still sworn to the Republic and the best for the galaxy. And I know plenty of people who fight without being Jedi or clones.
no subject
Er-- which obviously isn't the case here!
no subject
Right.
I don't like the fighting at all, but if I can help ... besides, a lot of people from home are here, doing this. I'm not going to give them opportunity to show me up.
no subject
Boys and their pride. I don't think I'll ever understand it.
[But it's clear from her tone that she's teasing.]
no subject
Whatever gets the job done, right?
[Then, raising his voice and calling over his shoulder,] Right guys?
[An obedient chorus of "yes sir"s from Raz, Bit and Thousand, and Ferus shoots Ahsoka a cheeky smile.]
no subject
After a few more minutes:]
... How old are you, anyway? If you don't mind my asking.
[Her question has an air of curiousity to it-- no judgement. She just wants to know for the asking. It seems Ahsoka's inquisitive nature can't be stopped so easily. Have some pity on poor Anakin.]
no subject
Twenty-four, why?
no subject
--General Skywalker, I mean.

But instead of talking about how he remembers Anakin - which is frankly with a lot of issues on either end - he looks at her thoughtfully for a moment, considers how to ask what he really does want to know about Anakin. In the end he does it with a carefully neutral tone, but lets his curiosity shine through.]
How is he as a Master?
If you don't mind me asking.

So he nods, and then he figures, if Anakin is here, it's not like she won't know about this soon enough, anyway.]
That sounds about right.
I knew him when we were Padawans.
no subject
Wait-- really?
How well? I mean-- were you friends? He never talks about the past. I have to practically pry it out of him.
no subject
It was a good day if we weren't getting in each other's way. He didn't like me much. I was a careful rule-follower.
[And that speaks for itself, really.]
no subject
Oh-- well no wonder you didn't get along.
no subject
None whatsoever. And he was all impulse, so I didn't like him much, either.
no subject

He's a better person for having left. Anakin played a part in that, however painful.]
Hm. Maybe. But I think we would have both learned more from each other if we hadn't been so good at getting under each other's skins.

But as a Jedi you're not really supposed to linger, are you?
[Just teasing back.]
no subject
[Honestly, how did Anakin raise such a decent Padawan? It's a mystery to everyone.]
no subject
[He's relaxed now, clearly recalling some of his own lessons. There's something surprisingly freeing in talking to Ahsoka about this, however shallowly, because he usually just ... doesn't. Most people don't understand or ask too many questions.]

But if I don't get the pleasure of running into him on this mission, feel free to tell him I said hi.

improvises wildly
Thousand is the one who's most social out of the three, and Raz is one of the troopers Ferus counts on to lead if he himself would be unable to or needs to split a group up. Bit: quiet but capable.
They're covering ground reasonably fast, and things hush a little with the first hint of the enemy base; some distance out, but the wall surrounding and protecting the Sep holdout and its numerous people and smaller buildings is tall and rises above the trees.
Ferus pauses, then looks to Ahsoka.]
Do you want to come in straight on or keep some distance until we're right on target?
